Episode 31 Extended Power Prompts
Power Prompts: Your Priorities Aren’t Broken. They’re Alive.
If you’ve been “fine” on the outside and tight on the inside, if you keep telling yourself you should be more consistent, start here.
Because most women don’t lack discipline.
They lack permission to reorder without guilt.
These prompts are here to help you stop negotiating with your own evolution.
How to use this
Choose one prompt. Set a 7-minute timer.
Answer in sentences, not bullet points.
Stop when you hit truth. Not when you hit polish.
Awareness
Where am I telling myself, “I used to be better at this,” and what am I making that mean about me?
What priorities am I trying to maintain that no longer match my actual season, capacity, or values?
Where am I confusing “consistency” with “worthiness”?
Truth
What am I still prioritizing out of loyalty to a past version of me?
If I stopped forcing consistency, what would I admit I actually want right now?
What part of me is afraid that if I reorder, I’ll be seen as unreliable, selfish, or “too much”?
Action
What is my non-negotiable now for this season (not forever, just now)?
What’s one decision I’ve been delaying because I’m trying to keep everyone comfortable with my old identity?
What is one small change I can make in the next 24 hours that would move me from obligation to alignment?
Micro-integration
Before you move on with your day, notice what your body did while you answered.
Did you tighten? Exhale? Get emotional? Get clear?
That’s data. Your body is often more honest than your calendar.
If this hit, start with the Unapologetically Identity Audit (linked in the show notes).
